FAQ
Questions? The answers live here
From checkout to your first conversation usually takes three minutes. If your answer is not here, reach us at the bottom of this page.
Which models are supported?
The flagship lines of all four vendors: the full GPT‑5.6 range (Sol / Terra / Luna), Claude Opus / Sonnet, Gemini and Kimi. See the Models page for the complete list. New releases join your plan immediately at no extra cost.
How is this different from subscribing to all four vendors separately?
The models are the same genuine flagships. The difference is the experience and the bill: one account, one payment, one quota, all four vendors in a single place — and no 5-hour rolling throttles, with a transparent weekly quota.
What happens when my plan expires?
Billing is monthly. Renew online in the console before expiry; quota stacks, and your account, history and settings stay unchanged.
Can I switch between the four vendors anytime?
Yes. On web and desktop, switch models from a dropdown inside the same conversation; in coding tools, just change the model name. Comparing answers across vendors never requires switching accounts.
How is the quota calculated?
Usage converts to a unified quota at each model’s official rates: pricier models deduct more, cheaper ones less. The console shows the model, usage and converted amount for every single request.
How do my coding tools use it?
Codex CLI and Claude Code are taken over in one click from the desktop app, no manual setup. For other tools like Cursor, follow the guided steps on the console’s connection page — a few minutes at most.
What if a request stalls or errors out?
Aimbers retries automatically and rotates within the account pool, so most upstream turbulence never reaches you. If errors persist, check your remaining quota in the console first, then contact support — every error is logged, so diagnosis is quick.
How do I subscribe?
Pick a plan on the Pricing page and pay online; membership binds to your account instantly and quota arrives immediately. New users get 50% off their first order, applied automatically without a promo code.
Is my conversation content stored?
Only the metadata needed for billing and troubleshooting is recorded (model, usage, latency, status code); conversation text is never written to disk. In its self-hosted form, the data boundary stays entirely within your own server.
Can I use it on several devices at once?
Yes. Web, desktop and coding tools share the same plan quota, and concurrent devices do not conflict; per-surface usage is visible in the console.
Could my model be quietly swapped for a cheaper one?
No. Aimbers never silently downgrades: if quota runs out you get an explicit error, and the model name and fingerprint fields are passed through unmodified so you can cross-check with the vendor. See the Why Aimbers page.
Where do I download the desktop app?
Free downloads for macOS and Windows are on the Desktop page. The app offers four-vendor chat in one window and one-click takeover of Claude Code and Codex CLI.
